We sent a request to Francisco, and he responden within a minute. He’s been very professional, and sent us messages to plan our trip a day prior. On the day, the captain Monrrys and his first mate Luis was waiting for us at the pick-up spot we agreed on. They offered us water and was really nice throughout the entire day. They showed us around and took us places we wanted to go to. A really nice experience! Highly recommend!

I made a last minute decision to book a private boat for my husband's birthday while in Cartagena. I sent 4 inquiries and Fran was the first to respond it minutes. From our first communication it was 5 star service. He answered all of my questions and gave great suggestions for making it a day to remember! We had 2 crew members and a guide with us for the trip. Alejandra was our guide and she was awesome. Maurice was our captain and Luis was his First Mate. Both were also awesome. We had a great day touring the Rosario Islands. Had lunch on Carolina Island. The food and ambiance were incredible. When then went to Bora Bora Beach Club. We enjoyed the beach and other activities offered. On the way back we had to take the canal since the water was too choppy to cross the ocean. This allowed us to see the beautiful mangroves. This was definitely worth every penny. Seeing other boats filled with people on group trips bouncing around in the water, we were so happy we had the boat and crew all to ourselves! Thank you Fran for all of your help with making this a birthday to remember for my husband!

Fran was awesome to deal with. Very informative and responsive. His captain and crew were fantastic on the day giving us a great experience. We went to Bora Bora beach club and island hoping with different spots for swimming. Thanks guys!
