Renter must be at least 18 years old or older to rent and at least 16 years old to operate watercraft. Renter must sign renter's agreement provided by owner. Renter is solely responsible for any and all damages to jet ski during time of charter, including but not limited to any mechanical repairs caused by debris pulled into engine. Renter is solely responsible for any and all injuries to itself and/or any other parties involved in any incident/accident during time of charter. Renter must participate in pre and post rental inspection of all rented watercrafts. If Renter will be late to pick up watercraft, please reach out & give us as much notice as possible & we can reschedule & give you a credit for different available date (Monday- Thursday). If late on rescheduled date, renter will forfeit original booking payment. LATE RETURN FEE OF $50.00 PER HOUR after first hour. NO CALL, NO SHOWS- NO REFUND( if it's a last minute cancellation please reach out to us to see what we can do to accommodate.)
