Hi, Boat reservation and initial communication was easy and amazing. The boat was fun and amazing experience. Below are a list problems 1) We were unsure where to meet for boat to check in. it was chaotic. It should have been better organized. Lots of people booking reservations 2) It took almost 30-45 minutes to get everyone on the two boats to sail. 3) The staff never served the food on either boat. We were told that the food had spoiled. When we got back to shore, the food was put back in the refrigerator. 4)The photography over charged the 2nd boat for pictures after we had made previous arrangements to not charge the guest and I purchase all the pictures for $450. They still charge $40 per person who received and the $450. On the first boat they tried to overcharge me and say I misunderstood their english and said the price was $900 each boat, after I already paid the $450. 5) The second boat did not get the chance to snorkel because it took so long to long and depart 6)The boat staff was lively and fun!!
