We have been on this yacht multipl times. This is our go to when we want to get out on the water with our family and friends. The yacht is beautiful and the team is professional and kind. Side note: the boat is well kept and continues to see upgrades. It is nice to see him maintain the vessel so well!

Terms and Conditions: 1. Taking into account the commitment and the low of the United Arab Emirates and safety measures, please do not touch main or navigation system of the boat. 2. Pets are not allowed on board. 3. Any damage of furniture, equipment, tools or body of the boat is to be charged to the tenant. 4. Please use trash can for all waste purposes. 5. The safety of the passengers is under the responsibility of the person who rents the boat himself, without any liability to the Queen Yacht Events or the owner himself. 6. It is obligatory for all passengers below 6 YO or anyone who is unable to swim to wear life jacket. 7. Any damage on the boat, resulting from the misuse of the tenant will be charged to him as per its value or he will be obligated to replace it. 8. All guests must be present 15 mins in advance for the booking timings. 9. Any delay for the booking will be deducted from the reservation timings and the time will not be extended from our side. The trip can only go as per the reservation schedule. 10. In case of sinking of the boat, due to harmful act of the tenant, the tenant is obligated to compensate the owner. 11. Confirming the exact number of guests during the booking is obligatory. In case of increased number of passengers, additional charges may occur. 12. Jumping of the boat while moving or at the Marina is not allowed. Cancellation Policy: 1. Cancellation 2 weeks or less prior to the booking, 50% of the payment, excluding other taxes that may apply will be refunded only. 2. Cancellation 1 week or less prior to the booking, 30% of the payment, excluding other taxes that may apply will be refunded only. 3. Cancellation 72 H or less prior to the booking, 100% of the payment will be deducted and no payment will be refunded. 4. Rescheduling of the trip is possible only 2 weeks or more in advance. Fine Policy: 1. Any waste disposal in the sink or toilet will cause a fine of 1000 AED to the tenant. 2. Party poopers or all kinds of sprays are prohibited on board. Fine of 1000 AED. 3. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Fine violation of 1000 AED 4. Shisha or charcoal use is prohibited. Fine violation of 2000 AED. 5. Shoes or wet clothes are not allowed indoors or on furniture. Fine 1000 AED.
