This experience was awesome! The staff was amazing very friendly and professional. Francisco the guide was very entertaining and fun , the music was fantastic , Esfanie the bartender was very up front and professional and very friendly. The food from Bladimir the chef was very good and Capitan damian was great . Samuel marino was very nice. Our drinks were not even finished that the staff was already doing the refill. I would recommend 1000%. It was a Fantastic experience thanks to an amazing STAFF .

Had the best time of our whole vacation on our boat day!!! The staff was amazing as well!

The entire experience was bad from the beginning, driver was about an hour late to pick us up, causing us to lose time on the wayer for their incompetence. Then when on the boat, we never received the food package we paid for, and also ran out of beer within 30 mims of the trip, then was told was all they had left was 1 bottle of rum for 22 people. Next the crew on the ship literally went around the boat with a hat begging for money at 2 different times during our trip. Lastly the snorkel part was absolutely horrible. the dock in the worst part of the ocean way too close to 10 other boats, so you literally have to snorkel and look out for boats so they dont bump into you. The entire experience from beginning to end was absolutely terrible. i would never advise using this company, unless you want to be promised one thing just to be massively disappointed.
