Considering the specific characteristics of the lodging and packages offered by us and due to the impossibility of commercialization of these in a reduced time, requests for cancellations will only be accepted if made prior formal notice conditioned to the application of the norms and internal cancellation policies listed below, regardless of just reason: For any and all cancellation requests set forth in the conditions below, shall retain the percentage equivalent to twenty percent (20%) of the total value of the package as an administrative fee: • When the request for cancellation occurs between 29 (twenty-nine) and 15 (fifteen) days prior to the date of check-in - the total amount paid will be converted into a letter of credit valid for 06 (six) months; • When the request for cancellation occurs less than 15 days prior to the check-in date or in case of cancellation during the stay, there will be no discount, rebate or refund of the amounts paid. Considering also the characteristics of lodging and packages commercialized by the We reserves the right to cancel the reservation from the imminence of accidents, calamities or other events caused by natural phenomena or adverse situations directly linked to the good development of the essential services used by the us, which may present risks to the life or health of it. In such cases, the amounts paid will be returned without the incidence of any charge or discount, except for the diaries actually used, if any, and not directly affected by the circumstances mentioned above.
