All JetSki renters will sign a waiver, including liability, and damage waiver. Waiver refunds are only refunded 10 days prior to rental. All JetSki’s are to be returned in the same condition, Any scratches, dents or damage of any way you will be liable for 100% all JetSki’s are to be returned with a full tank of gas as well. Otherwise you’ll be charge eight dollars a gallon surcharge.
