Rented the Steve’s pontoon boat for an evening cruise on my husbands birthday- what a lovely experience. Very clean and well maintained, prompt and easy communication.

We had such a fun day on the lake! There were some mechanical issues with the boat we were originally supposed to take, but Steve helped us work out a solution so we could still get on the water by adjusting the schedule for another of his boats (a pontoon). We enjoyed the pontoon very much and were glad to still have our boating day. There could be some improved communication, especially regarding the changes to our booking, as well as encouragement for the boat to arrive at the launch on time. While we were understanding of the wait to launch given the number of other boats coming in, we arrived when told to at 9:45am and the boat was not there until 10:07am plus then had to wait to launch which led to our trip being 30 mins shorter than expected/paid for.
