Terms and Conditions I. The cost of chartering must be covered in full before departure, otherwise the trip will be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded. II. Customers will be responsible for boat damage or loss of equipment in case of negligence and, as applicable, a voucher card open credit or payment of a security deposit (refundable) upon signature of this contract leave.
