Alonzo made everything easy. His captain recommendation was excellent. We had a blast!

The owner of the boat was unresponsive. He advertised a working bathroom within the boat (it didn't work), He told me originally that a captain was included with my invoice then he said it's not so he made me search for a captain in his contact list and pay for it separately. I try to speak to him afterwards about my experience and he blew me off. The captain he provided did not know how to drive a boat, he couldn't anchor without my help and he ruined a special birthday. They also were running extremely late and refused to lengthen the trip. I've grown up around boats and this is unacceptable. I paid a decent amount of money for this experience and it was truly awful. I will not recommend this to anyone ever again.
