The vessel is checked and photographed before collection - it must be returned in the same condition. In the event of any damage, the deposit will be withheld. The vessel is also insured for rental purposes. In case of accidents, the person who rented the boat is to blame. Open fires are prohibited on the boat (smoking is allowed). It is forbidden to take things from the boat - if anything is missing, it will be deducted from the security deposit The driver of the vessel must comply with the valid maritime regulations in the country of Slovenia when renting. In case of non-compliance with maritime regulations and if there are additional costs or penalties resulting from non-compliance, the costs must be paid by the person who chartered the vessel. If the fuel tank will not be returned full, the liter of gasoline will be charged according to the valid price list on the day of the rental.
