Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our customers, we cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings that may occur during the rental period. By renting our boat, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with boating activities. 6. Late Returns: The boat must be returned on time to avoid additional charges.
