Boat Rental Agreement This Agreement is made on [Date] between [Boat Owner Name] (“Owner”) and [Renter Name] (“Renter”). 1. Rental Period:The boat rental period shall be from [Start Date] to [End Date]. The rental period includes the time for picking up the boat and returning it. 2. Liability:Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Owner from any and all claims, suits, or actions of any kind arising from the rental or use of the boat, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death. Renter agrees to carry liability insurance that covers the use of the boat. 6. Passengers:Renter agrees not to exceed the maximum passenger capacity of the boat. Renter agrees to be responsible for the conduct of all passengers and shall ensure that they follow all rules and regulations, including safety rules. 7. Cancellation and Refund:Cancellations must be made [Number of Days] days in advance of the rental date. If Renter cancels within [Number of Days] days of the rental date, Renter will be refunded the rental fee minus 50% of the rental fee.
