Cesar and his crew delivered on all of their promises and and exceeded all expectations! The crew was incredible at ensuring that our large group had a fun and safe trip. They were amazing communicators, on time, dependable, accommodating, and great boat. Thank you very much! What a perfect birthday!!! The boat and crew were awesome. The boat (and bathroom!) were spotless. The crew was extremely accommodating. Cesar was extremely responsive and a good at communicating for all my questions beforehand. Excellent day all around! 😊

Default/Cancellation This agreement is not cancelable nor refundable unless you cancel 21 days (100% Refund), 14 days (50% Refund) before the charter date. Any cancellations made past the 14 days prior to the date of the rental has 0% refund. Should weather not permit safe charter conditions, a full refund, a rain check, or credit of the charter fee will be issued with no expiration. The owner may cancel the charter at any time during or prior to the scheduled sailing day without refund if the Charterer demonstrates a lack of skill, judgment, or misrepresentation of ability in the management of the Yacht. We try our best to keep our boats and yachts in perfect condition however in certain circumstances boats do break and it is out of our control. By accepting this reservation you understand that should there be a problem with this boat, we're authorized to change you to a boat of similar size and price.
