Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the cruise organizers via message 7 days prior to the cruise. b. The refund policy for cancellations is as follows: Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the departure date will be eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable fees, such as the booking deposit. Cancellations may be eligible for a reschedule if the request is given 48 hours in advance. - Cancellations by Cruise Organizers: The cruise organizers reserve the right to cancel or modify the sailing cruise due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to severe weather, and mechanical issues. In the event of a cancellation initiated by the cruise organizers, guests will be offered the choice of rescheduling the cruise or receiving a full refund, including any deposits or payments made. - Weather Stipulations: Sailing is subject to weather conditions and the captain's discretion. In the event of adverse weather conditions or other safety concerns, the itinerary may be modified, or the cruise may be postponed or canceled. Guests acknowledge that changes in the itinerary or activities due to weather conditions are beyond the control of the cruise organizers and agree to comply with any necessary adjustments. - Release of Liability: Guests participating in the sailing cruise acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with sailing activities, including but not limited to rough seas, unpredictable weather, and personal injuries. Guests agree to release the cruise organizers, their employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur during the cruise. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables during the cruise, and the cruise organizers shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage. - Media Release: Guests participating in the sailing cruise acknowledge that the captain or crew may take photos or videos to promote this experience on social media channels and our website. By making a booking and participating in the sailing cruise, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed our booking policy and waiver.
