This ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for all passengers. - Passenger Capacity: Our boat is certified to carry up to 14 passengers. We adhere strictly to this limit for safety reasons. - Weather Cancellation Policy: We reserve the right to cancel trips in the event of safety concerns. This includes adverse weather conditions, including rough sea conditions under our judgement. If a trip must be canceled due to safety concerns, a full refund will be issued. - Unruly Passenger Policy: In the event that a trip must be canceled due to the actions of passengers, including unruly behavior, NO refund will be issued.
