Any delay by the client will be deducted from the duration of the tour. In case of cancellation by the client on the day of the tour or up to 5 days before the date of the tour, the client will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid as a deposit or to reschedule a new date. In case of prohibition by the Brazilian Navy due to bad weather at the time of the scheduled tour, the client will be entitled to a refund of 100% of the amount paid, if he/she does not prefer to reschedule. Always embark and disembark at the same locations. Lack of sun, cloudy weather, haze, moderate winds, cold or light rain are not grounds for canceling the contracted service.
