We’re thrilled to help you enjoy a fantastic day on the water. To make sure everything runs smoothly, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions. 1. Captain Included with Every Rental All of our rentals come with a professional, licensed captain who will handle everything from navigation to safety. Your captain’s job is to ensure your trip is stress-free and enjoyable. For safety reasons, the captain is the only one who may operate the boat during your rental. 2. Tipping the Captain Our captains go above and beyond to ensure you have an amazing time! A 20% tip of the total rental cost is customary and greatly appreciated. This tip is not included in the rental fee and can be given to the captain at the end of your trip via cash or your preferred payment method. 3. Rental Duration Your rental starts and ends at the times confirmed during booking. If you stay out longer than scheduled, additional hourly charges will apply. Please make sure to return on time so everyone can enjoy their day on the water! 4. Booking and Payment Full payment due prior to your rental date. If payment isn’t made in full by the deadline, your reservation may be canceled. 5. Cancellations and Refunds • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. • If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled rental, your deposit will be forfeited, but you may reschedule based on availability. • For weather-related cancellations, we’ll work with you to reschedule or issue a refund, depending on the situation. 6. Liability for Damages We take great care of our boats, and we ask that you do too! Any damage to the boat, equipment, or third-party property caused by negligence or failure to follow the captain’s instructions will be the responsibility of the renter. Any repair costs or fees for damages will be billed accordingly. 7. Safety First Your safety is our top priority! All passengers must follow the captain’s safety instructions at all times. We ask that you treat the boat, captain, and crew with respect to ensure a fun and safe trip for everyone.
