RESERVATIONS Full advance payment is required upon registration.  The pricing for the Day SkipperCourse does not include other courses, exam fees or accessories. If payment and proof thereof is not received, the registration may be cancelled. All requests for amendments to a registration are required at least 7 days prior to the course date. Amendments may be approved subject to availability in the sole discretion of the company. INDEMNITY By confirming an enrolment with us, full acceptance to the indemnity is implied. All students are further required to sign the indemnity form for all transfers and activities they may participate in prior to the start of the activity. Should a student refuse to sign the indemnity form, they will not be permitted to participate in the activity/course and will not receive any refund. The indemnity form must signed by a Parent/Legal guardian for children under 18 years. Any unaccompanied child under 18 requires the indemnity to be signed by a parent/legal guardian prior to the activity/course. CHILDREN Children (over 16yrs) are classified as students and the full rate will apply to them.   GENERAL Management reserves the right to amend/cancel/add terms & conditions without notice. All terms & conditions are subject to South African Law & Jurisdiction. CANCELLATIONS A 100% cancellation fee will apply in the event of a no show by a student on the course date. In the event of an amendment not received 7 days prior to course booked by the client will still be responsible for the full cost for the total number of students originally confirmed. Management reserves the right to cancel or transfer any activity due to unforeseen circumstances.  Students must report for the scheduled courses.  In the event of a cancellation by the Management, a refund may be provided on the amount paid (by guest or client), less 10% to cover administration costs and bank charges.  Alternatively, a voucher for the same service/activity shall be issued and must be redeemed within 6 months of issue; thereafter the voucher shall not be valid and no refunds shall be granted.
