RULES AND REGULATONS:  CHARTERER must inspect the vessel and confirm all the safety and Required equipment’s are complete and functionals. The CHARTERER accepts the vessel in its current conditions and agrees to return the vessel in the same conditions.  CANCELATION: All deposits paid to reserve your rental are 100% refundable 7 days prior to your reservation. 50% refundable 5 days prior to your reservation, after those 5 days there will not be any refund made by our company. CANCELATION EXCEPTION: If the day of your rental, we determine that the weather conditions are not safe to navigate on a vessel a refund or rescheduling will be made depending on the CHARTERER decision of a refund or rescheduling. Please note that just rain isn’t a factor for cancelation. . Adults must always accompany children (kids of 12 year or less must always wear a lifesaver) . Must know how to swim to get in the water (Please ask your captain for a lifesaver) . HOOKAH ARE PROHBITED . RED WINE is not allowed. . Weapons are NOT allowed in the boat. . DO NOT wear shoes inside the boat. . DO NOT stand on the boat platform when the boat is in movement, platform access doors must stay always closed. . DO NOT throw paper or any other products (feminine products, wipes, among others) inside the toilet. . Glass drinkware is NOT allowed. . DO NOT climb on the couch, bed or any other part of the boat to dance if you break anything you must pay for it.  . DO NOT throw by any reason trash or any product to the water, WE ARE compromised with maintaining our waters clean. If you throw any trash to the water, we will stop the trip until we clean up any trash and the time will be discontinued from your trip.
