Ray was a pleasure to work with, communication was great! The boat was well maintained, clean and reliable. I would highly recommend renting from Ray.

Ray was very easy to communicate with. We rented a boat and had issues with the boat, but he went beyond in making up for it. The first rental day our prop fell off, Ray towed us to Greg Orr and got us back on the water in about an hour. We enjoyed the rest of the day but the boat broke down on the way to return it. Ray told us he would do a partial refund or a full free day for another time. We took the free day and got the same boat as before, and zero issues. Truly believe the issue with the boat was not his fault and bad luck. We did have some miscommunication on rescheduling the free day but we didn’t do well in following up with each other. Overall, Ray handled the situation well and I believe he will do what’s right for any renter that isn’t satisfied or has issues.

Ray was very flexible and helpful with our rental. His boat was clean and in good working order. He was very easy to communicate with and made the whole process of the rental smooth and seamless. I'd highly recommend renting from him!
