- If severe weather (e.g., strong winds, storms, or unsafe water conditions) makes it unsafe to proceed, we will reschedule your booking to a later available date. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued. - Mechanical Issues – In the rare case of mechanical failure that prevents the yacht from operating, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule. - Force Majeure – If the rental cannot proceed due to uncontrollable events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or other emergencies), we will provide a reschedule option or a full refund. - Customer-Initiated Cancellations – - - Cancellations made 14 days or more before the rental date are eligible for a full refund. - Cancellations made 7 days before the rental date will receive a 50% refund. - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental date are non-refundable.
