What a great day! The boat itself was amazing, even better than the pictures showed. Everything went exactly as planned and was very easy to book, meet the boat at the docks and take off without a hitch. The captain was great, the experience was amazing and we couldn't have had a better exprerience.

We rented the boat on April 8 for our trip on July 25. Texting through GetMyBoat was great. Jill was prompt and responsive, seeming interested to cater to our first Tahoe trip. Two days before, I got a call confirming the trip. I was only then advised that the vessel we rented (and paid for) was not available. Huh??!? Today, I was told that it was a “new” boat and it was not ready for them to take possession. Not cool for them NOR us. I did not want to go back to the drawing board in finding something for our family at the last minute. So, I took their other boat with similar features but MISSING the trampoline!! Which is what we wanted the most!! They did not offer any discount or anything. In fact, I was asked on the call if I made my deposit. YES, I paid in full at time of booking! Then, they sent me I formation with the wrong total $ amount and not the correct start time. Lastly, I had to notice for myself that the location for pickup and drop off had changed to a further dock. Not cool. After talking with Jill, I was advised that they had to change because of lake water levels. This wound up not being the case as I saw the other dock was operational. Overall, we had a great time in the boat, but I had to bottle up my irritated feeling for the inefficient, late Information and NOT getting what we paid for. The boat we had was great, ran well, was clean and we liked it. Kids liked it. But my daughter was anxiously awaiting the trampoline for 3 months for this birthday celebration.
