Important Things The Coast Guard of Dubai enforces strict rules on the charter companies in Dubai & fines are common. If rules are broken, our company has reserved the right to pass on any fine to the guests if incurred due to non-compliance or disregard for the rules set by the coastguard & enforced by our Captain & Crew. • All the guests are required to bring their ORIGINAL I. D. proof and not a Xerox or a Picture clicked on the Mobile or Camera. The TOURISTS are required to carry their Original Passport and Valid UAE Visa. Residents are required to bring either their Original Passport or Emirates I. D. by law. • Life jackets are to be worn when the Captain advices it as necessary & issues a weather warning. • Littering in the sea will not be tolerated. • Reckless behavior due to abuse of alcohol or any other reason or disregard to the instructions by the Captain & Crew Members may result in fines and the termination of the Charter with Immediate Effect without the possibility of any refund. • For your safety, swim close to the Yacht as swimming far from the Yacht is not tolerated by the • Jumping off the Yacht while underway or when the Yacht is not anchored, is not permitted & will result in the charter being terminated with Immediate Effect. Children • Our Captain & Crew are there for safely navigating and maneuvering the Yacht and not for activities like looking after or attending the children. The Client and the Child’s Guardian are solely responsible for bringing and looking after the children on Board. Also, as per the Coast Guard Orders, children below the age of 10 years must wear a Life Jacket while in the water and on the deck of the Yacht regardless of his/her swimming capabilities. Damage Waiver • If there is any damage caused to the Yacht or it’s belongings due to the direct actions of the Client or their Guests, it will be notified to the Client in written within 24 hours of the Trip. An Official Quotation from a Contractor will be issued to the Client for either the repair or replacement of the damaged part. Any Dispute regarding the damage can be registered with the Operations Manager within 24 hours of the commencement of the trip in written and via call. • Any extra cleaning required as a result of your charter is chargeable under damage waiver agreement. • The Client or his Guests WILL BE CHARGEABLE for the Fines, if they fail to comply with our company policies or due to any of their direct actions, that are incurred by the Coast Guard. • Our company will not be responsible for any loss or additional charges caused due to death, injury, accident, sickness or misbehavior of the Client and his Guests. • Our company will not be responsible for any loss of personal items (e.g. mobiles, watches, jewelries, purses, etc.) on board. Guests are required to take care of their personal belongings on board and before getting off board. • All persons under the age of 18 years must be supervised by a mature adult. • No animals or pets will be allowed onboard as per UAE laws. • No Smoking throughout the yacht's interior. Failure to comply will lead to immediate termination of the charter. Cancellations • Our company reserves the right to cancel any booking. • In the event of a cancellation, no liability shall fall on our company. Paid Money shall be refunded in full to the Client. • Cancellations from our side will only occur due to bad weather conditions or mechanical failures and the trip will be rescheduled, no refund. Also, Coastguard restrictions and enforcement of new laws prohibiting the Yacht from going ahead are included. Cancellation Fee Policy • 100% of the booking value will be returned if the cancellation from the Client is made 5 days before the day of booking. • 50% of the booking value will be returned if the cancellation from the Client is made 3 days before the day of booking. • 25% of the booking value will be returned if the cancellation from the Client is made before 24 hours of the booking. • No refund will be done, if the cancellation from the Client is made within 24 hours of the booking. • The trip will not commence unless COMPLETE TRIP PAYMENT has been done and VALID I. D. of the Client and all his/her Guests is not presented to the Captain. • If the Client or his Guests, at any point of the Trip, do not comply with the instructions of the Captain, our company reserves the right to terminate the trip with Immediate Effect without any possibilities of refund. Our company have a team of experienced & qualified Captains & Crew. They are the technical experts. On any vessel throughout the globe, as the Captain’s orders are final & biding, so the guests should be respectful of that and abide by the instructions of the Captain & Crew throughout their Trip.
