I cannot recommend this company enough! Our captain Robert was exactly what we needed for our trip, he was lively and ensured that we had the time of our lives. He knew all the best spots! Our original date was going to be stormed out by the weather and he accommodated us and worked with our schedule. Would 100% re-book, we had an awesome experience!

THIS BOAT WAS PERFECT! THEY DROPPED IT OFF FOR US IN OUR DOCK AREA AND PICKED IT UP AS WELL. IT WAS AN AWESOME DAY ON THE WATER. BOAT WAS BIG ENOUGH FOR 10 PEOPLE COMFORTABLY. WE HAVE RENTED BEFORE WITH OTHER COMPANIES AND THIS ONE IS BY FAR THE BEST. WE WILL RENT AGAIN FROM NICKI. THANKS !!!

Boat Rental Cancellation Policy. We value your business and understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure a smooth experience for all our customers, we have established the following boat rental cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation Notice: - Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled rental time for a full refund. - Cancellations made within 72 hours of the rental start time are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total rental cost. 2. Weather-Related Cancellations: - Safety is our top priority. If inclement weather conditions are deemed unsafe by our staff, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your rental at no charge. - Weather-related cancellations made by customers due to personal discomfort or concerns about weather conditions must still adhere to the standard cancellation policy. 3. No Show Policy: - If you fail to arrive for your scheduled rental (a "no-show"), you will be charged the full rental fee, and no refunds will be provided. - Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled rental time to ensure a timely departure. Late arrivals may result in a shortened rental duration, with no refund for the unused time. 4. Rescheduling: - We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.
