Owner shall retain the deposit to be used, in the event of loss or damage to the boat during the term of this agreement, to defray partial the cost of necessary repairs or replacement. In the absence of damage or loss, said deposit shall be credited toward payment of rental fee and any excess shall be returned to the renter. No glass containers allowed. All kids under 12 must wear Life jackets at all times.
