If you cancel your charter outside 14 days of the trip date, a 20% cancellation and booking fee will be discounted from your refund. If cancelled within 14 days of the trip date, you will forfeit your deposit and all amounts paid will be considered due , collectible and non-refundable. The customer may reschedule trip for a future available date. We may cancel booked charters in which our customers will receive a full refund or will be re-accommodated. We do not operate in unsafe weather conditions, but a light rain shower is not a deterrent. The Captain will assess the weather and should the Captain determine that the conditions are unsafe to run the charter, the charter may be rescheduled or it will be canceled. If a trip is canceled by us, you will have the option of receiving a voucher for a future trip or receiving a full refund. Please note that failure to show for the reserved trip without cancellation will result in no refund.
