Cancellation & Refund Policy - Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund. - Cancellations within 72 hours of departure are non-refundable unless canceled due to severe weather (see below). - No-shows will not be refunded. Weather Policy - Safety is our priority. If the trip is canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, guests may: - - Reschedule to another available date - Receive a full refund - Light rain or cloudy weather will not be considered a reason for cancellation unless deemed unsafe by the captain. Safety & Liability - All guests must follow the captain’s and crew’s instructions at all times. - Life jackets are available and must be worn when instructed. - The operator is not liable for injuries, accidents, or lost personal belongings during the trip. - Guests must disclose any medical conditions that may impact their safety on board. Boat Rules - No excessive alcohol consumption – drunken or reckless behavior will result in the trip ending early without a refund. - No littering – guests must use the provided trash bins. - Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the boat, equipment, or furnishings. What to Bring - Sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, towels, and any personal items for a comfortable trip. - Any additional food, drinks, or snacks (or pre-arrange an onboard BBQ). Special Conditions - Not wheelchair accessible and not suitable for guests with limited mobility. - Children under 12 years old must be supervised at all times. - The maximum number of guests allowed on board is 8 people.
