Victor is such a competent and friendly guy. The communication was great, he made sure in advance that all documents and certificates were correct and responded to messages really quick! The boat is just awesome. The Jetdrive of the AR190 is a blast! Boat is perfect for 4-6 people and is almost brand new! We had a wonderful 6 hour journey with it and we all fell in love with the boat. Easy to handle, very quick and convinient to use. Thank you once again for the great experience. As soon as we get back to Miami we for sure will rent with Victor again!

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made at least 3 days prior to the scheduled rental date and time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled rental date and time are not eligible for a refund. If the client does not show up at the designated rental location within 30 minutes after the scheduled rental time and does not provide prior notice, the reservation will be considered a "no-show," and no refund will be issued. In cases where weather conditions, as determined by our staff or local authorities, make it unsafe to operate the rental boat, we will work with the client to reschedule the booking at no additional cost or provide a full refund. The client may request to reschedule their rental to a different date or time (subject to availability) at no extra charge if the request is made at least 72 hours prior to the original rental date and time. Rescheduling requests within 72 hours of the scheduled rental may incur an additional fee. No refunds will be issued for any rental termination due to the client's violation of safety rules, intoxication or disruptive behavior, or early return.
