Richard was great through the entire process. The boat was exactly what we were expecting and was perfect for our family vacation. We had the boat for 5 days it was a great addition to our trip. We spent so much time riding around pulling the kiddos on tube and knee board, etc. Great value… we will be reaching out to him again when we come back to Lake Norman next summer.

This is my first time actually renting a boat so I was a little nervous and didn’t know what to expect. Richard made the whole process so easy and pleasant. He responded to messages very quickly and answered all of my questions. He was super nice and met us at the boat and gave us a run down of everything. Awesome experience. We will definitely be renting from him again in the future!

Richard is a great communicator, we came prepared with everything we needed. We ran behind but Max was at the boat when we arrived ready to get us on the water. We really enjoyed the boat and all the space, so many places to swim, float, fish and enjoy a day at the lake. We actually saw a 4-5 foot garr swimming near us.
