Guests are encouraged to arrive on time for their scheduled departure. In the case of a late arrival exceeding 30 minutes without prior notice, the charter may be subject to cancellation without refund. - Safety Considerations: The safety of our guests is our top priority. Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in termination of the charter without refund. - Boat Rules and Regulations: Guests are expected to respect the vessel and its surroundings. Guests are also reminded to dispose of waste responsibly to maintain cleanliness. - Smoking Policy: Smoking is permitted. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly in provided receptacles to maintain a clean and safe environment for all guests. - Alcohol Consumption Policy: While we encourage our guests to unwind and enjoy themselves, excessive alcohol consumption that may endanger the safety and comfort of others is not tolerated. The crew reserves the right to limit alcohol consumption if deemed necessary. - Guest Conduct Policy: We promote a respectful and inclusive environment for all guests and crew members.
