Rental Terms & Requirements - Damage Deposit: A $1,500 hold will be placed on your credit card before departure and released upon safe return of the boat with no damage. - Fuel Policy: Renters return the boat with the same fuel level as at departure (Premium fuel is a requirement). - Cleaning Fee: A $50 fee may apply if excessive mess is left. - Safety Briefing: A short orientation is required before use. - Age Requirement: Primary renter must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license. - Cancellation: Full refund if canceled 5+ days before rental; 50% refund within 7 days. By booking, you agree to our terms and accept liability for damage beyond normal wear.
