Let me tell you something DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT JUST BOOK HIM!! Oh my gosh captain Jordan made my birthday boat day so special ! Jordan you are so freaking awesome I will book you every single time. He is chill as hell and caters to your needs! And you’ll feel safe too ! I was a hot mess before hand and he totally tended to my every needs and understood. I will book him every time from now on already told my friends to book him for a boat day as well. The pictures don’t give the boat any freaking justice. Make sure to pack light and get ready to have an amazing time. My experience was 1,000/10!! He even took us on the island and made a huge bonfire. Like I said you won’t regret this just go ahead and book.

Jordan was genuinely one of the best private boat captains I’ve had the opportunity to work with. He had an extensive knowledge of the lake itself and of all the places where you could kick back and relax. Definitely gonna reach out to him again for future lake days.

The owner assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or damages incurred during the rental period. 2. **Safety Guidelines:** Renters must adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations as outlined by state and local authorities. Life jackets must be worn by children under the age of 8 years old at all times. Please bring your own lifejackets for children. 3. **Weather Conditions:** The renter acknowledges that weather conditions in Georgia can be unpredictable, including frequent rain. There will be no refunds for weather-related cancellations. However, the rental can be rescheduled to a mutually agreed-upon date and time. 4. **Late Arrivals and No-Shows:** There will be no refunds for no-shows or for arriving more than 30 minutes late to the scheduled rental time. 5. **Indemnity:** The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the boat owner from any claims, including those arising from personal injury or property damage related to the use or occupancy of the boat. 6. **Liability:** The boat owner shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property resulting from the use of the rented boat, including but not limited to mechanical failure, breakdown, or accident.--- **Refund Policy:**- **Weather Cancellations:** There will be no refunds for cancellations due to weather conditions, as trips can be rescheduled. - **Late Arrivals/No-Shows:** There will be no refunds for no-shows or for being over 30 minutes late to the scheduled rental time.
