The captain Frank and the crew made the trip exceptional. They were friendly, accommodating, professional and made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed their service as well as their company. Frank went out of his way to ensure we were well taken care of. We were all impressed with his attention to detail and his hard work. Liliia was helpful, accommodating and friendly. We Snorkeled, seen dolphins, and had so much fun at the natural pool. I even had a photoshoot with the photographer while at the natural pool. I love the photos by the way and the photographer comes with the boat rental. The crew was great and very protective of us which I loved. Would definitely book again and I recommend.

The staff was great. Made it an excellent experience. The drivers of our 22 passenger van were helpful and treated us right. The boat and drinks were fantastic. A photographer was added and we spent too much on photographs. Negotiate before you start drinking or tell them to get off the boat. It’s a party!

This trip was amazing from beginning to end! Everyone on boat was super helpful and fun ! The boat was decorated beautifully for my family. The DJ played great music that kept me and my family dancing. They took us to see the dolphins and snorkeling and ended with a great beach party were all the boats lined up and everyone jumped in water and danced ! I will definitely use them again ! Not only was it a great time but me and my family felt safe and comfortable the whole time ! Highly recommend!

great excursion, no issues with pick up or drop off from hyatt ziva, full staff all very nice, snorkeling with staff in water to assist with beginners & to attract fish, delicious breakfast cooked onboard (egg scramble, bacon, toast), saw the poor dolphins in the enclosure, nice time chilling in the shallow water, did not mind the photographer, got good pics with the parrots, the entire cost including the pictures was reasonable for a private boat for family group of 6, thank you
