I celebrated 2 birthday's with family in this adorable Duffy and had a perfect experience with Frank and Shawn (our captain). They were extremely prompt to respond, and when my families plane got delayed and we needed to move our reservation time they accommodated us beautifully. This review is long overdue, but we absolutely had an AMAZING time! We cruised around Newport Harbor, made a stop at a bar for drinks and a restroom break, and the whole experience was seamless thanks to our fantastic captain. He was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even when we brought our dog—and then had two more large dogs join us at the last minute! Despite the extra furry passengers, he handled everything with ease. We’ll definitely be booking with him again!
