The captain Frank and the crew made the trip exceptional. They were friendly, accommodating, professional and made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed their service as well as their company. Frank went out of his way to ensure we were well taken care of. We were all impressed with his attention to detail and his hard work. Liliia was helpful, accommodating and friendly. I definitely would recommend!!!!

We Snorkeled, seen dolphins, and had so much fun at the natural pool. I even had a photoshoot with the photographer while at the natural pool. I love the photos by the way and the photographer comes with the boat rental. The crew was great and very protective of us which I loved. Would definitely book again and I recommend.

This was by far my very best getmyboat experience. I can honestly say that as great as the pictures are the boat and the experience were even better! Communication started instantly and was thorough all the way through. The captians were polite, interesting and professional and knew all the great places to take us. Liliia and her husband were great. We were able to arrange for transportation round trip from our resort. We felt safe as Leo (her husband) took us to a grocery store to buy beverages and snacks. The crew were very nice and welcoming. They took photography for us and they weren’t over exorbitant. Overall I think this is a great experience at a great price.

great excursion, no issues with pick up or drop off from hyatt ziva, full staff all very nice, snorkeling with staff in water to assist with beginners & to attract fish, delicious breakfast cooked onboard (egg scramble, bacon, toast), saw the poor dolphins in the enclosure, nice time chilling in the shallow water, did not mind the photographer, got good pics with the parrots, the entire cost including the pictures was reasonable for a private boat for family group of 6, thank you
