We spent a day sailing with Anton and his boat and were very happy! It was a very special occasion, as we wanted to watch the start of the Ocean Globe Race 2023 from the water. We were able to reach the competing boats and had a wonderful day. Communication with Anton was very easy, the Marina easy to reach and the boat in perfect conditions. Outstanding sail on Lake Como. The Comet is stable but responsive with an enormous Genoa that allowed us to tack efficiently all the way past Belaggio into the prevailing 8 knot “Breva” seeing both sides of the lake on each tack, then run downwind on the building afternoon breeze. Reeled the foresail in completely for the last hour. Saw much of the lake on one day. Below, head was clean and very functional, everything was tidy and organized. Communication with Alessio were excellent. He was standing on the dock when we arrived both by land and by sea.
