I am a travel advisor, and this was my first time using "Get My Boat" for group travel. I reserved the 143 ft yacht for my group for a birthday celebration in Dubai. Zeeshan was great from beginning to end. He answered all my questions and made the order process simple and easy. My group of 42 people had an amazing time, and the Captain and crew made the birthday celebration special. The yacht was phenomenal. Service, space, and food were all great experiences for the group! I will definitely use "Get My Boat" again.

Had an amazing experience in Dubai with my husband on Nabi yacht. The service was fantastic, the yachts looks like the one advertised, and it’s very clean with AC on the inside.

Overall experience - 8/10. Directions to the dock were good. However, there was no mention that the walk from the gate to the boat is extremely long. It should have been communicated in advance since we had heavy bags and a person with impaired physical ability. The captain and co-captain were nice. Upon our arrival, they offered bottles of cold water. We took off once everyone was on the boat without delay. I would prefer if they provided some commentary about the buildings we were passing. We also asked several times if they could go faster, but it took several of us asking until they finally said that as this type of an excursion yacht, they could only go at a slow speed. We did stop in front of Atlantis where they suggested that we take pics. Once they realized that we were interested in knowing the names of the buildings, they were more communicative. I asked about where and when we were going to swim, so they provided an answer. I think it would be beneficial to start the excursion with a little introduction and provide the itinerary for the day. They did have a hydraulic lift/ladder that was supposed to go down into the water for easy in and out access, but it was not working. The ladder on the side of the boat was very flimsy and made it extremely difficult to come up. The restroom had a very strong smell of urine, so I am not sure of how often it was emptied and cleaned. They did have running water to wash your hands. Overall, we had a very nice day. The ride was smooth, the upper level of the boat and the inside cabins could easily accommodate 10 people. We enjoyed the day. I recommend better communication and to clean the bathroom.
