What an amazing trip! Group from the states and our first time in Brazil. Norman did a great job coordinating us with our ship caption and picking us up from a dock closest to our accommodation. Shocked by beautiful islands and swam with pool toys provided! Captain and skipper were so kind upon departure and took us to stop for ice and extra water before taking off. Best boating experience in Nitero!

Had an amazing day on a 47' Catamaran. Departure point was about 20 minutes in an Uber from Copacabana. Booked a 6 hour trip, which was about perfect. Captain and crew were super nice and they took us to an awesome beach where the restaurant brings the food out to the boat in a dinghy. I would suggest bringing your own drinks, we did not but it would have made things easier. One thing to keep in mind is that the person who handles the bookings speaks english well, but the captain and crew do not. We were able to figure things out, though, and it was a fantastic day! Definitely a highlight of our week in Rio.

This was our first trip to Rio. We wanted to charter a boat for 3 days. I could not be happier. We had a beautiful centurion 47. Retrofitted in 2021. Captain Marco and skipper Phillip were wonderful. We sailed to Isla Grande which so beautiful and natural. We had nice sailing weather. He BBQed for us twice. The local restaurants were great as well. Wonderful experience!!! Would like to do it again soon. There is a lot to explore on the Brazilian coast. I don’t think people realize how special this coastline is. Or maybe it’s just me ? it should be on more people’s radar.

Sergio was a wonderful host and his boat was perfect for a sunset cruise around Guanabara Bay. He was really communicative from the beginning to the end, and gave us all the time we needed to soak in the view and the experience. I would 100% recommend taking a boat trip on Sergio’s boat!

Sergio is super cool and competent. His vessel is comfortable and sturdy. Sergio is a great skipper. Recommend him and the without hesitation. I was finally able to see Rio from the sea. Something that I had wanted to do for a long time. Great day trip. I imagine a longer voyage would be awesome aboard the Peterson yacht.

Our trip with Sergio was great. Sergio was very responsive to email and provided all of information about the vessel and what we should bring for the day on the water. Sergio is an accomplished sailor with decades of experience. He is easily able to handle the vessel by himself, affording guests a relaxing experience on the water. The boat is equipped with a bathroom and kitchen complete with a stove, grill, refrigerator, and sink. There is also a cooler with ice for keeping water, and other beverages cold. We sailed to a series of islands a few miles offshore from Ipanema and Copacabana. The views of Rio were amazing and at anchor we enjoyed swimming from the boat. Before returning to port, Sergio prepared the food that we brought and we enjoyed a nice lunch. I would definitely recommend a trip with Sergio, and I look forward to another trip myself.
