Not only did Joseph drop it off at our rental home but came out the next day to give us all the information needed about the boat and waited while the software to the garmin electronics updated. Then, for some reason(probably my own error), when the engine died he was a simple phone call away. He even came out the next day to run a few checks, just to be sure.
