Having done online booking, we arrived at the boat rental address, the men that helped us were friendly and polite. They helped load the boat on our car and we were off. It was how things should be when one makes advanced reservations. Everything worked as it should, we rented a 2 person kayak.

He exceeded all expectations with his friendliness, willingness to accommodate our schedule and trip, and ease of communication. It was a great day on the river and we will definitely go through him again the next time we go for a paddle
