  Michael was fabulous. Took us through the proper safety training and took the time to answer any questions. The 2 hours only started when we were in the jet skis. Michael brings the skis to you which is great. It was a 5 minute walk from our hotel.

  Bryon was amazing! He responded quickly, accepted our request, and met us on time at the loading dock. We truly enjoyed our experience riding his jet ski! We loved the built in speaker to jam out while riding. My sister had the time of her life - I think this jet ski ride might have convinced her to move to Cali!! The Marina Del Rey location had free parking which was a huge plus. Customer service was excellent, the jet ski was perfect & we will definitely rent from Byron next time again!! Highly recommend renting from Byron!! You won’t regret it :)

  2023 HIGH OUTPUT YAMAHA WITH SOUNDS in Santa Barbara
  Davonn was very professional and easy to reach during our rental planning. His Yamahas are in top shape and he was perfectly on time for our early morning departure. He also very generously allowed us some additional time due to a return delay caused by unexpected fog.
