Bryon was amazing! He responded quickly, accepted our request, and met us on time at the loading dock. We truly enjoyed our experience riding his jet ski! We loved the built in speaker to jam out while riding. My sister had the time of her life - I think this jet ski ride might have convinced her to move to Cali!! The Marina Del Rey location had free parking which was a huge plus. Customer service was excellent, the jet ski was perfect & we will definitely rent from Byron next time again!! Highly recommend renting from Byron!! You won’t regret it :)

Tyler is very professional and has exceptional communication and follow through. He was very helpful when we had to change at the last minute the location of our adventure to another beach because of the weather and he accommodated us and made everything happen.
