Scott responds very quick and he’s super easy going. If you have any questions he can answer them and don’t hesitate. We were able to make arrangements last minute ( because of me lol) because I was there for a wedding and didn’t know what day would work for a full day rental. However, he made it work and I couldn’t be any happier for the memories created that weekend with my daughters. I highly recommend Scott because his prices are decent compared to other rental shops near lake tapps and bonney lake. Highly recommend Austin! I made this reservation in less than 24 hours notice for my husband and I. He got back to me and got us booked and set up within an hour. He was so friendly! Told us if we needed a break he would allow that and comp our time! We got low on fuel and went back in and he filled us all the way up and sent us back out. His communication was timely and pleasant! The experience was seamless. I would highly recommend Austin to anyone considering and plan to use him again!
