These are top of the line jetskis, fast and nimble. We had a great time, and Ricardo explained everything, gave us advice on where to go and what the conditions were, as well as how to operate the skis. Drop off and pickup were a breeze, I can't recommend this more! Very friendly and knows the lake...great communication and value...we rode for six hours and didn't spend any time waiting for dropoff or pickup.

Gabriela and Erik were able to accommodate us last minute on our Big Bear vacation. Erik explained everything to us and we learned how to navigate his jet-skis with ease. They are brand brew top of the line jet-skis! It was great to be able to connect with bluetooth and listen to our music while riding! Having this experience made our whole trip. Bryon was amazing! He responded quickly, accepted our request, and met us on time at the loading dock. We truly enjoyed our experience riding his jet ski! We loved the built in speaker to jam out while riding. My sister had the time of her life - I think this jet ski ride might have convinced her to move to Cali!! The Marina Del Rey location had free parking which was a huge plus. Customer service was excellent, the jet ski was perfect & we will definitely rent from Byron next time again!! Highly recommend renting from Byron!! You won’t regret it :)
