Before our trip, Ali reached out to inform us that the weather might not be ideal due to expected rain. To ensure our satisfaction, he proactively offered to reschedule for the afternoon, though we ultimately couldn’t change our plans. Fortunately, the rain stopped just 30 minutes after we set sail. Ali's communication and thoughtfulness were exceptional. He provided comprehensive instructions on operating the boat and ensured a smooth experience by providing car-to-dock and dock-to-car assistance that made our day effortless. The level of service was exceptional! The boat itself was very clean, easy to operate, and powerful. We also rented a tube and had an absolute blast tubing on the lake. I highly recommend Captain Ali's Sea-Do pontoon boat—it's an experience you won’t regret!

We would definitely recommend renting from him! He was gracious and detail oriented. Every detail was taken care of. He brought us a clean ready to go boat. Gave us a thorough walk through so that we were comfortable operating and maneuvering around the boat. He was on time and gave us a full service treatment. When the day was done he was waiting to load up the boat and took care of all the aftercare for us including cleaning and gassing up after our day. We felt very well taken care of the entire process and enjoyed the boat very much. It was a great, fun day of memories with zero stress. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.
