I rented out a private boat for a anniversary with Zejek and he exceeded my expectations. The ambiance of being on the water , good music, and a smooth sailing was amazing . He also offered food and beverages which he did not need to nor was in the description. He went above and beyond with the service and delivered. He also gave us some facts about Puerto Rico. Thank you Ellen for helping organize our recent boat day — the experience on the water was beautiful, and we really appreciated the opportunity to get out and enjoy it. That said, I wanted to share some honest feedback. I’ve used your services in the past and remembered there being more generous inclusions, especially when it came to food and drinks. This time, the only lunch food offered was cheeseburgers, and there were little to no drinks provided — including alcohol. You had mentioned we only needed to bring towels and sunscreen, so we were caught off guard and had to purchase alcohol ourselves. Given the cost of the day, we were expecting more to be included, based on our previous experiences. It ended up being an additional and unexpected expense, which was disappointing. You also mentioned that you’d be refunding me for the first mate. Could you let me know how and when I can expect to receive that?

Private Tours & Snorkeling at Flamenco Beach Culebra or Culebrita Island

Highly recommend. We booked a day trip with Jose to Culebra Island (Flamenco beach) and really enjoyed the amazing day. The captain and the mate made our day exciting and unforgettable. There are a lot of beach toys, chairs, snorkeling gears, drinks and snacks on the boat, so you don't need to care about it. For extras you may get a bbq and/or a Seabob, which is cool underwater scooter. Will definitely book again.

A+ communication the entire time. Impressive boat with tons of amenities, paddle board/kayak/floats/beach chairs/umbrella/music/snacks/lunch/drinks for adults and kids etc…. Captain and crew were punctual, professional, courteous and most important, safe on the water at all times. Very knowledgeable and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Would definitely recommend and use everytime we are in PR!!!

We had the absolute best time on Ellen’s boat! The crew was amazing and kind, and they took care of our group of 10 with no issues. They always made sure our drinks were filled and that food was out. The island we visited was beautiful and we had the most fun, relaxing day. Ellen was also super responsive and helpful during the booking process. I highly recommend booking!

Great boat, this was the highlight of our weekend! Boat was large enough for a group of 11 women. Alex and Victor were a great Captain / First Mate team. They accommodated my pescatarian diet and grilled fish for me. They even caught fish as well! They were helpful while some girls went snorkeling and put out a large floating pad once we were near the beach which was so nice to lay on it. We felt well taken care of! Highly recommend booking with Ellen's boat! Great communicator, quick to respond.
