Are you considering a boat outing in the Pacific Northwest? Look no further than TJ! We just lost my Dad last year and found out he wanted us to do a memorial boat tour to visit his old hangouts on Lake Union. The difficulty was that our two youngest kids, four and seven years old, were terrified of the idea of getting on a boat, and I very much wanted them to join us on the memorial boat tour. TJ suggested a separate time to come out for the kids to warm up to getting on the boat and going out. I was shocked that they finally got on the boat, even going for a ride! TJ is great with kids and is well prepared for any kind of boat outing. She was very knowledgeable of local sights and history, even providing a map of Lake Washington with sights of interest, for our first outing. She is cheerful, professional and experienced. The boat was very clean and well-stocked. TJ accommodates those just going boating for the first time as well as more seasoned boaters. Our second boat tour was on Lake Union. It went very well for our group of eight. TJ was very patient with us and had everything we needed for a great outing, including life jackets and water-side restaurant recommendations. We ended up going to Ivar's Salmon House. The tour of Lake Union included going through several historic engineered canals, checking out the Hiram M. Chittenden Locks (Ballard Locks), checking out all the modern and hipster house boats as well as other waterside attractions, parks and fascinating maritime industries. We rented out of Seward before our cruise. Rental and communication were seamless and effortless. Boat was well equipped and maintained. We had an amazing time boating in Resurrection Bay! The boat was in condition and reliable. We were provided with all the fishing gear and caught a lot of halibut and rock fish. Views of the glacier and amazing landscape were beautiful from the boat.

Definitely something for experienced boaters only, but it was awesome! They give you advice on when/where to fish. In Resurrection Bay, so many places to explore. We were able to find a calm cove where we cooked fresh caught salmon and watched a humpback whale feeding right next to us! Super helpful with everything and would definitely rent from them again.

Ryan's boat was fantastic. It was clean and in good shape. He provided all the fishing gear we needed for the fish we wanted to catch. We booked with the captain option and his father in law took us out as the captain. He was very helpful and did just what we wanted. We were looking for a more hands-on/DIY fishing trip, and that's exactly what we got. Having the captain option to handle the boat was great. Ryan was flexible on time/day and willing to move locations due to weather. We will definitely look for Ryan in the listings for any future boat rental needs in Alaska.

Everything worked out great. Frank, the transport guy was very friendly and helpful. Daniel (I think that was his name) was also friendly and helpful, even when a couple of our requests were a little confusing. The time frame for using the boat was very flexible. Will use again when we return
