He made the entire process seamless, was always quick to respond, and the jet skis themselves were AMAZING. We had an absolute riot, book with Adam for sure! (we left at 11am and were able to see multiple pods of dolphins, sea lions, and enjoyed some calm water before the waves kicked in around 1).
