The experience was absolutely incredible!! Our captain was very welcoming and our stew was extremely attentive. We joked we wish we could take him everywhere, but he truly was amazing. He made sure our drinks were refilled, pictures taken, safety ensured, and fun was had! The waves were choppy, so we did not get to go to Playa Norte or Isla Muejeres, but still had a great time.

It was an amazing trip. The team was very friendly and helpful. We had a few elderly members who cannot swim, they came with us and stayed the whole time taking care of the elderly. The boat was in great condition, super clean just as picture. Alex was also very flexible with timing as we had last minute change due to some delays. Thank you for the great experience!!!

Our group of 15 had a great time on this boat! The listing was great and the app is easy to use. After booking, Jessed reached out to me and was able to accurately describe the experience and answer any and all questions I had. She is a sweetheart! It was going to rain on the day we originally booked, and she was able to change the reservation for us to accommodate. The crew on the boat was great and so fun. They were always handy to throw away garbage, refill drinks and provide towels as soon as we needed them. Truly great customer service and we had a ton of fun with them. Couldn't recommend it enough. Huge thank you for sharing your boat/yacht with our family! Everything was perfect! Captain Christian and his crew, Luis and Max, were friendly and accommodating. The boat was comfortable, clean, and spacious, with private restrooms for women & men. The Captain offered many suggestions and recommendations for our 8-hour rental and was completely flexible with our requests. We spent several hours snorkeling at the Garrafon Reef, where Luis jumped in and kept my girls safe. He snorkeled with them, pointed out sea creatures, and even brought some up for them to touch and take pictures with (this was a completely unexpected and wonderful surprise)! The Captain and crew had their eyes on us the entire time. After snorkeling, they took us to an island in the middle of “the jungle,” 😜 where we could collect some super cool seashells!!! I would recommend the owners, boat, and crew.

Dino & Jesed had great communication and were very welcoming to my family. Our captain, Carlos, was attentive to all of our needs. We were offered waters, sodas and even beer during the whole charter. That was a great compliment to us bringing our own lunch/snacks and a little liquor - highly recommend doing the same. All in all, every part of the charter exceeded our expectations . The only negative thing I can say was Isla Northe was a tad crowded - but that isn’t a reflection of the charter, hosts and quality of time that we had. We would definitely book with them again!
